Lion Jackie Bowling had surgery in Dallas on Tuesday. Her son called to let us know that the surgery
was successful and that Lion Jackie will be in the hospital for 5-7 days. She will need to remain in
Dallas for a few weeks so she will probably not be home until the end of February. If you would like
to send her a card, just mail it to her home address (502 Ivey Street, Mineola, TX 75773). Her mail
is being collected and forwarded on to her. Please keep Lion Jackie in your thoughts and prayers.

Marshall Lions Club is very proud of two members who were sworn in January 1, 2011, in a
ceremony at Harrison County Courthouse, Marshall, TX. Not many clubs can boast a retired
Texas Court of Appeals Judge, a County Court-At-Law Judge, and two Justices of the Peace!!
